On September 29th, Sophia and her husband welcomed their first child into this world. Needless to say, Sophia's music career has been on hold for the past year during her pregnancy and transition into motherhood. Sophia's songs, however, are still getting use on both television and major label recordings. More information about her latest placements will be forthcoming.

Because of her extensive experience writing songs for television, Sophia was selected by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences to rate the songs being put forth for this year's Emmy nominations.

Through a digital distribution deal with CD Baby, you can now download Sophia's Indonesian language album, Di Sini, from the iTunes Music Store and other digital download services.

The winner of the second season of Indonesian Idol, Mike, released his album which includes a recording of "Kembali", co-written by Sophia and Inge Januar. This song is due to be released as a single.

One of Sophia's collaborations with Frank Heiss, Our Little Secret, was used on ABC's One Life To Live this past Thursday.

Sophia's groovy dance tune, Make It Thru, was used on ABC's All My Children to rock the dance floor this Friday.

Asked to write and perform something special for her cousin's wedding, Sophia penned this tear-jerking wedding song with her husband, Philip. The recording was arranged by the immensely talented, Brad Hatfield, and will be performed live for thousands of attendees in Jakarta this October.

The Indonesian version of the hugely popular artist competition tv show has selected the winner for the second season of Indonesian Idol, Mike. Sophia's Indonesian language song, Kembali, co-written with Inge Januar will be recorded by Mike and released on Sony/BMG records.
